Before you write
Do you charge for consultations?
No. Advice is free, in-store or on WhatsApp, whether or not you buy anything on the day.
Can I send photos of my skin?
Yes, and it helps. Take them in daylight without filters. We treat every photo as confidential and delete them on request.
Can you recommend a dermatologist?
For cystic acne, melasma, eczema or anything that looks medical, we will refer you to a Douala dermatologist rather than sell you a product.
Do you supply salons and hotels?
Yes, we handle small wholesale accounts. Email us with your volumes and we will send terms.
Is a product in stock?
Message us with the product name. We check the shelf and reply with the price and the current batch.
How do I follow up on an order?
Send your order number on WhatsApp. Every order is traceable from payment to the courier reference.
